Apply generously (about 5ml, or one teaspoon, for the face and neck) to all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply several times throughout the day:

– At least every 2 hours

– After 40 minutes of swimming or sweating

– Immediately after towel drying

Shake well before use. Spray generously onto skin and spread evenly by hand for full coverage — don’t spray directly onto the face; instead, spray into your hands and apply. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating, to maintain full protection. For best results, pair with after-sun care to keep skin hydrated and soothed.
