Le Beauty Club will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 21 days of receipt.
Please follow the following instructions:
1. Notify us via email shop@ lebeautyclub.co.za to log your return.
2. We will reply with the appropriate instructions and guidance.
4. For orders that we may not be able to fulfill completely, we reserve the right to substitute items with a suitable alternative or furnish you with store credit. Cosmetiques de France complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
You must contact us for any items that need to be returned. Returns that are not authorized may experience delays in processing.
Returns that are received with proper authorisation will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt. The refund will be processed to the clients current or savings account, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Cosmetiques de France for your records.Clients that have paid via Payfast will be refunded via Payfast.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of carrier damage or an error by Le Beauty Club.
