TOPIALYSE Baume Protect+ is the first skincare product enriched with our patented Ceramides AD[1] to protect against environmental aggressors (dust mites, pollution, etc.) that can aggravate irritation and itchiness. This balm immediately and durably relieves itchy sensations, resulting in skin that stays soothed, protected and repaired. Its nourishing, lipid-replenishing texture melts into skin, leaving a protective film that prevents pollution particles from adhering[2]. Allergy-prone skin has an impaired barrier function, making it easier for environmental aggressors (dust mites, pollution, etc.) to penetrate. These cause and aggravate irritation and itchiness. It’s easy to understand how skin can react to unsuitable products or changes in the weather, but the harmful effects of other aggressors such as dust mites and pollution are less obvious.

–          -Dust mites feed on dead skin on the skin’s surface, which damages the barrier function. This makes skin more permeable to environmental aggressors and aggravates irritation.
